• Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
• Times: longer than in Italy and different from country to country. If you need the package by a certain date, write to us before ordering.
• Customs: within the European Union, no duties or extra costs

Outside the European Union

Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world: for now you can’t order directly from the site. Write to us and we’ll find a way.

Handmade pieces

If a piece is made after your order, it takes longer: we tell you on the product page, before you buy it.

Track your package

When the package ships you get an email with the link to track it. You’ll also find it in your account, under Orders.

If something goes wrong

Damaged package, wrong item or a delay that doesn’t add up: write to us as soon as you notice, with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We’ll sort it out.
